REFUND POLICY

1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold by Krimson are digital goods delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital code delivery, all sales are considered final unless specific conditions below are met.

2. One-Time Use Codes

All codes are:

• Single-use
• Non-transferable
• Non-shareable

Once delivered, a code is considered consumed and cannot be returned.

3. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued only at Krimson’s discretion and generally only if:

• The product does not function as intended, AND
• The customer fully cooperates with our Live Support troubleshooting process, AND
• The issue cannot be resolved after proper debugging.

4. Requirements Before Requesting Refund

Before a refund request is considered, the customer must:

1. Read all product requirements
2. Ensure their system meets compatibility specifications
3. Contact Live Support
4. Follow all troubleshooting steps provided

Failure to meet these conditions will result in refund denial.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Failure to read requirements
• Incompatible system or device Unless not stated obviously
• User error
• Misuse of product
• Sharing or attempting to share codes
• Change of mind
• Delayed use
• Violations of our Terms of Service

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent ban
• Blacklisting from future purchases

Krimson reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks with supporting evidence.

7. Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we determine:

• Abuse of policy
• Repeated refund attempts
• Suspicious activity
• Fraudulent behavior

8. Processing Time

If approved, refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe depending on the payment provider.

Processing times may vary.

9. Policy Updates

Krimson reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication.
