How ordering and support work
Krimson Products is an online store for digital game software licenses and game accounts. We started as buyers ourselves, tired of paying for things that never arrived, so the store is built around one rule: you get exactly what the listing says, and a real person answers when something goes wrong.
Ordering and delivery
Pick a product and a duration, then pay at checkout. No account or login is needed on this site. Once payment clears, your key is shown on your order invoice, so keep that invoice. Products marked in stock are delivered on the invoice straight away. Account products work differently: you buy them here and claim them through our Discord when you're ready to use them.
Payment
Checkout accepts debit and credit cards and the major cryptocurrencies. Card and crypto payments are handled by our checkout provider; we never see or store your full card details. PayPal is accepted only through Discord. If your cryptocurrency isn't listed at checkout, ask in Discord.
Product status
No software is risk-free. Every product carries a status (for example Undetected, Testing or Detected) that we update by hand, and the Status page lists all of them grouped by game. Check it before you buy and again before you play. If a product's status changes, it's updated there first.
Support
Support runs through our Discord server. Open a ticket with your invoice ID and a short description of the problem. For setup issues, a team member will walk you through troubleshooting; please follow those steps, because a refund is only considered after troubleshooting (see below).
Refunds
Keys are single-use digital goods, so sales are final unless a product doesn't work and the issue can't be fixed with our support team. The full conditions are in the Refund Policy. Please contact support before opening a payment dispute.
